How do I sign up to the Your School Games Website?

Once on the Your School Games Website Page, ensure you have an active profile. If you don't have one, you'll need to search for your school name and sign up. You can have as many log-in's for each school as you need, so please ensure all PE/Sport staff have an account so if one teacher is off you can log in and easily check which events you are signed up to attend. 

How do I enter an event?

You can view and enter any event via your online portal on the Your School Games Website. 

* When you log in you should be able to see your Dashboard.

* Scroll down to the bottom of the page where it says "View Area Profile"

* Select the event you are interested in

* Go up-to the top right hand corner and click "Request Entry to this event"

* That's it! You're all done!

* From our side, we will see your event entry and check the availability, if there is space we will accept your event entry and it will show up on your dashboard. Please wait a few days before sending an additional entry if it doesn't show up on your Dashboard - With us being out at events everyday it can take us up-to 48hrs to approve requests. 

If the event is full you will receive an email asking you to attend another prelim. If there are no further prelim dates your entry will not be accepted and you will not be permitted to attend the event. 

What happens when an event is full?

If you try to enter an event after its met its maximum capacity, your entry will be rejected. 

You will NOT receive an event entry confirmation email but will instead receive an email asking you to attend another prelim. If there are no further prelim dates your entry will not be accepted and you will not be permitted to attend the event. 

Please ensure you are using the Your School Games Website regularly, to check upcoming competitions and their availability so you don't miss out!

From September 2022 you will be able to see all the events for the academic year 22/23 on your dashboard and register to attend the events as early as you like.
